Lazy Sunday

[Yes, I am posting this an entire week late - playing catch-up after an insane week!] After a crazy-but-fantastic AIC holiday party for the Education Outreach + Residential kids yesterday (more about that shortly), today was a much-needed quiet, relaxing Sunday at home with the kiddos.

We slept in late. We rode bicycles and scooters around the neighborhood.

We drank hot tea and sat in the sun playing cards to warm up (it's so cold here by Indian standards!). We played games with the neighborhood kids.

We read books, hung out and worked on a photography project with Siddharth and Shraddha, two local volunteers who came over to spend time with us today.

We tidied up the house, got some laundry done and finished up any remaining homework for school tomorrow.

Such a perfect, quiet (and rare!) afternoon.
